ADVOCACY
CASCIL engages in the role of advocating
the rights and privileges of persons with disabilities. This activity
may be on the behalf of an individual or a group. CASCIL promotes the
position that the elimination of architectual, attiudinal and regulatory
barriers will create a fully integrated society.
Sometimes persons with disabilities need assistance in dealing with government and private organizations. We seek to change attitudes and systems that are not responsive to you. Keep in mind you are an active partner in this process. CASCIL does not do for, but works with you to achieve your GOALS.
